Welcome to Echo and Bloom!

An echo is something that returns after reflection. In many ways, our thoughts, emotions, past experiences, and relationships echo throughout our lives, shaping the way we respond to ourselves and the world around us. In therapy, we create space to gently explore these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, increasing awareness and helping you respond with greater intention instead of reacting from overwhelm, fear, or self-criticism.

Bloom

Bloom represents growth, healing, and unfolding into your authentic self. Just as growth in nature happens gradually and with care, emotional healing also occurs through small, meaningful moments of awareness, safety, self-compassion, and connection. Therapy is not about forcing change, it is about creating the conditions that allow change to happen naturally and sustainably.

At Echo & Bloom, we believe that healing begins with awareness, reflection, and compassionate understanding. Growth is not about becoming someone entirely new, it is about reconnecting with yourself beneath the stress, pressure, and survival patterns that may have pulled you away from who you are.

About us!

Hi, I’m Lauren, founder of Echo and Bloom and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I believe real change doesn’t begin with fixing yourself, it begins with understanding yourself.

So many people live in quiet battles with their own minds: overthinking, striving, self-criticism, perfectionism, disordered eating, anxiety, or the weight of major life transitions. On the outside, they’re capable and high-achieving. On the inside, they feel stuck, exhausted, or never quite “enough.”

My work is about helping you step out of that war.

Together, we slow down. We notice the patterns running beneath the surface. We untangle the cycles that keep you reacting instead of choosing. Through mindful awareness and deep reflection, you reconnect with your inner clarity, compassion, and strength, and begin responding to your life with intention rather than pressure.

Transformation doesn’t happen through force. It happens through attention.

At Echo and Bloom, growth is not about becoming someone new, it’s about returning to who you’ve always been beneath the noise. This is work that moves beyond coping and into flourishing. Work that feels grounded, aligned, and deeply your own.

You don’t need to be at war with yourself to grow.
